- If it's a purchase issue: the order number from Apple or Google.
Known issues
We maintain a list of known issues and ongoing fixes. Check the FAQ first — your issue may already have a solution or workaround documented there.
Purchase issues
If a theme pack you purchased is not unlocked in the app:
- Go to Settings → Restore Purchases in the app.
- Wait 30 seconds and restart the app.
- If the issue persists, email us with your Apple ID or Google account email and the name of the theme you purchased.
